Orders are fulfilled by askem8 and shipped from South Carolina. Most in stock film orders ship within 2 to 4 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary based on the selected shipping method, carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and seasonal shipping volume.
Film Sales Policy
Because motion picture film is light sensitive, temperature sensitive, and handling sensitive, all film sales are final once shipped.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact askem8 within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product condition. We will review the issue and respond as quickly as possible.
Processing and Scanning
Film cartridge purchases do not include processing or scanning unless clearly stated otherwise. Processing and scanning are handled separately through a motion picture lab of your choice.
