Products
askem8 sells physical motion picture film cartridges and related products. Product availability, pricing, descriptions, and inventory may change at any time without notice. We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product information, but errors may occur.
Orders and Payment
Orders must be paid in full at checkout unless otherwise arranged in writing. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there is an error, suspected fraud, inventory issue, shipping issue, or other concern.
Film Sales Are Final
Because motion picture film is light sensitive, temperature sensitive, and handling sensitive, all film sales are final once shipped. We cannot guarantee image results from any individual camera, exposure method, storage condition, processing lab, scan setting, or user handling.
Processing and Scanning Not Included
Film cartridge purchases do not include processing or scanning unless clearly stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for selecting and working with a motion picture lab for processing and scanning.
